Pristine Caribbean Elegance

The Sands at Grace Bay was one of the first resorts in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Development of this 4-Star, 6-acre estate was The Hartling Group's first major project since the company's founder, Stan Hartling, decided to make Provo his new home.

The 116-suite, plantation style villa was designed to showcase the spectacular white sand beaches of Grace Bay, while giving discriminating buyers an opportunity to own a piece of paradise. Six buildings, each housing one, two and three bedroom units pay homage to the exotic locale, with each one designed to take advantage of the sights, smells and foliage that made the island location so special.

Regarded as an extraordinary destination in the Caribbean, The Sands at Grace Bay illustrates the vision of The Hartling Group to create world-class resorts that are in harmony not only with the beauty and elegance of the Turks and Caicos Islands, but which are architecturally true to the history of the island and its people.

The Sands at Grace Bay was designed with the family traveler in mind, but offers couples creatively designed private areas; amenities include a full-service gym, convenience store, spa services, tennis court and three free-form swimming pools. The resort is best known for its relaxed, laid back atmosphere and attentive service by the staff.
