Benjamin Hartling brings a deep-rooted commitment to the family business, having been immersed in its culture since childhood. Raised in the beautiful Turks and Caicos, he spent his summers contributing to the company Stan established. After earning his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University in Nova Scotia—following in his father’s footsteps—Benjamim returned to the Turks and Caicos in 2020 to join the company full-time. He plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, developing renewable programs, and spearheading special projects, ensuring that the Hartling Group continues to thrive in an evolving landscape.
