Paul Rennie

Development Manager

Originally from Scotland, Paul has a BSc Degree in Civil Engineering and a BEng Degree in Civil and Offshore Engineering from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh. With over 28 years experience within the disciplines of development, project management and construction management, he has acquired a considerable practical knowledge and working proficiency formed from a diverse range of projects in international locations. 

Paul worked as a Chief Engineer on various construction projects in the UK for 10 years prior to moving to Turks and Caicos in 2006. On moving to Turks and Caicos he worked as the Project Manager on the Ritz Carleton project on West Caicos. For the next 5 years he undertook various projects such as commercial buildings, extensions to the power plant and various multi-million dollar private residences/condos. Mid 2011 he moved to St Kitts where he was Senior Project Manager on the $300M Kittitian Hill Hotel Development. He moved back to Turks and Caicos in January 2014 to join the Hartling Group to construct The Shore Club resort.

Paul oversees all project management, engineering and construction related aspects of the business. He is currently involved in the construction of various multi-million dollar private villas, hotel developments and other projects across the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Paul is married with 2 sons, one whom has already graduated University and the other who is currently at University.
