Shenrika, a native of the Turks & Caicos Islands, is a passionate People leader with over 14 years of strategic HR leadership experience. She is recognized for her expertise in HR restructuring, streamlining processes and policies, enhancing employee recognition programs, reshaping recruitment strategies, promoting diversity and inclusion, and driving wellness initiatives.
Throughout her career, Shenrika has successfully led HR transformations across various industries, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive growth and organizational performance. Executive Human Resource Training and Development Manager for Turks and Caicos Islands Airport Authority 2016-2019, and COMO Parrot Cay, Director of People & Culture 2019-2024.
She had the honor of representing the Turks & Caicos Islands at the Caribbean-Canada Emerging Leaders Dialogue—a platform that brings together leaders from Canada and the Caribbean to broaden their perspectives on critical global and local issues.
Shenrika holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She is an active member of several HR professional organizations and currently serves as the Treasurer for the TCI Kidney Foundation. Passionate about youth development, she dedicates her time to mentoring and supporting young people in the community.
Outside of work, Shenrika enjoys reading, running, and spending quality time with family. She is thrilled to bring her experience and vision to the Hartling Group and is looking forward to supporting its mission and values.
